I've been a resident in the Hampton Roads area since 2009 when our family relocated from Las Vegas. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I have been a business owner since 2002, providing Concierge & Lifestyle Management services, specifically designed with homeowners in mind. By combining my two career paths, I offer my clients the best of both worlds – A real estate agent who can handle all the details, while providing them a Concierge Level of Service.
I have a special knowledge and passion for condominiums, whether it's helping a busy professional find the perfect condo for a maintenance-free lifestyle, or assisting someone like myself who decided it was the right time to right-size into a less stressful, easier lifestyle. I have an insider's understanding of the ins and outs of condo living as I currently serve as Vice President of my condo association and serve as 2019 Co-Chair of the Hampton Roads Realtors® Association's Common Interest Community Forum. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with senior clients as a Concierge and also as a Realtor®, and have recognized a need for providing a service specifically designed for the senior market. Having been through it all personally with my parents and also with downsizing my mother-in-law, I know first hand how hard it can be for individuals and their families during later-life transitions. I am dedicated to making the process less stressful for my clients.

By earning the SRES® designation, REALTORS® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.
- Certified Relocation & Transition Specialist™ (CRTS™) designation is the ONLY CERTIFICATION FOR INDIVIDUALS that encompasses the Senior Home Transition, Senior Relocation, and Senior Move fields. Certificants on the CRTS™ Professional Registry support older adults and their families as they move, organize, downsize, sell and remodel their homes.
